Fault code P138E-22

Hi all

Could someone advise what this fault could be. Car runs fine with no issues it seems to be the only fault that keeps coming back.

First thing to do is check the turbo actuator is loose/free
This can be done thru the passenger wheel arch and a bent coat hanger

If it’s stiff. Use Wynn vvt cleaner

Otherwise sounds like the actuator. Which you don’t seam to be able to purchase without the turbo
