I haven’t connected the wire yet with my highbeam. Had no time yet to do it.
And yes, i bought the osram Wire harness, it is too short though to get the wire inside the dashboard but that’s nit a problem when i will connect it with the highbeam.
Regarding the cooling; it is a really slim model and not that big; there is sufficient place for cooling to be done.

I thought the same with the cooling, how did you attach the brackets facing down or upwards into the bumper? Think i will hav eto take the bumper off to access it aswell been an autobiography front bumper.

I attached it down. Used the feet like mounting bracket’s and not the curved one’s.

A bit fiddling at beginning but it’s alright.
Take the “mouth” and look for the center. Then mark out where the lightbar comes with the feet. Use a pencil to mark the feet’s holes.
Drill the 2 holes, I manually drilled holes with a screw and then went on with bigger screws to make hole bigger because not really reachable when bumper is on car.

After 2 holes are made testfit the lightbar. Remove bracket and screw in brackets in holes. Use a spanner to hold nut (there’s a rubber like fin that you can push down to to feel the nut. Make sure u don’t drop nut.

Now get wireloom and run everything. Connect wireloom with lightbar; you’ll have the lightbar inside the “mouth”, make sure you don’t drop it.

Tighten everything down (mounting bracket’s) and take the lightbar and mount it on the brackets.

Thats great help mate cheers. If you get time can you take a picture at night with the lightbar on and off it would be good to see how it performs low down as opposed to on the roof like alot have them. I might stick to just one in bumper like yourself if it’s sufficient.

The LED does not have a wide range, but it shines so far away, it's crazy.

Here in Belgium i prefer to have a narrow'er and further light than a wide beam. We don't have a lot of forests so no need to light my side view that much.

Gives me over 200m of light.

That farm house was about 100meters away.

I could change the angle to either shine more down or more up. It's kinda the angle of my highbeams now.

Yes i saw it was a spot bar although osram have the new cb1000 thats spot and flood but this does the trick and goes far, i think you could angle it up alittle more for further distance but thats far really, photos are great 👍

That osram vx1000 cb looks nice! Is double the size of mine.
I guess it won’t fit in the “mouth” of the rrs though.
This would have to be mounted on a roof rack, wich I don’t have.

Yes i saw the range which is pretty awesome for the size of it, I would like to get this one in the bumper and the vx1000 on the roof bars somehow around my new wind fairing. Its all money and time though mate 👍
