2010 RRS Air suspension question

We had a look at a 2010 TDV6 3.0 litre today and apart from there being 4 different tyres with varying wear levels on the 22 inch rims one of the things that I found strange was when I was checking the Air suspension.
It lowered down to access height niceely.. raised back up to standard height quickly and evenly but when I selected to go to Off Road height the rear sort of jumped up a little and then the front struggled to catch up...this didnt seem right to me...

Add to that the engine bay was perfect... all the hose clamps lined up etc and you couldnt see a tool mark on anything. Plus no original service book but a replacement with sporatic A services marked off by a Wheel and tyre place I questioned the owner on the Timing Belt replacement and he just said he didnt know..

I doubt very much that we will make any sort of offer on this one but I am keen to find out others thoughts on the suspension...

Also, does anyone have the service schedule for the TDV6 3.0 L showing when the Cam Belt should be changed.. as far as I can tell it is 180,000 km or 7 years but finding that detail is eluding me... might just be old age though.
