HELP- tried to Retrofit a Heated steering wheel

I have a 2019 Rr Sport HSE and tried to retrofit to a heated steering wheel, but it did not work. May be it needs programming on a 2019 RR sport HSE. The process went smooth and I didn't seem to have any issues except that it didn't work. All lights on the steering wheel control packs went back to were they were before, but no heated steering wheel indicator light.
Hopefully someone can help me.

Here are the steps I took.

I purchase a heated steering wheel with heat & clock spring.
THEN
1- Disconnected the Battery
2- Removed the airbag and the old wheel which did mot have heat.
3 Removed the old clock spring and replace with a new one that has the heat connection.
4 -Removed the old steering wheel switch packs and installed them on the new wheel.
5- Installed the wheel and airbag
6- connected the battery and started the truck.

You probably have to activate it in the CCF files.

This is my first RR, but pretty handy with cars and trucks. Pardon my ignorance, but what is a CCF File and how would I go about activating it.

What would I need to do that myself.

Car Configuration Files, however you would need a diagnostic tool to access it and activate or change any settings. A L/R dealer should also be able to do it for you, or a Independent L/R specialist workshop if you have them in the States.

The controls are different and the airbag connections are different from a 2016 to 2019. For example, there is only one air bag wire instead of 2 that was used in a 2016. I have a 2019 and went by the only info I could find online that was for a 2016. The phots show the controls I have. Hopefully will find the the answer to this.
Thanks again for reading
