South Africa 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Siberian Silver
Finally fixed the front bumper I broke two years ago

So two years ago I misjudged a small dune at Atlantis Dunes and broke the lower part of the front bumper:

I just left it as is because Land Rover wanted R20k to replace the whole front bumper. According to them, the lower part doesn't come separately.

Anyway, I had plenty of time during the recent lockdown to trawl scrapyard/parts shops, and finally located the part needed to replace the broken one. I just needed to spend some time with my trusted indie, which happened this morning, since most of his clients are away on holiday.

Man, what a mission - LR 'engineers' should be drawn, quartered, and hanged for some of the Censored they design. While the bumper was off, we cleaned the radiators a bit, removed some mummified birds, and straightened the bumper mount that had been bent in the above-mentioned incident.
Five hours later, including an engine oil change, plenty of broken plastic clips, and lots of swearing Rolling with laughter
