Failed MOT - Rear structure

So our 2005 V8 4.2 SC L320 has failed its MOT for Offside Rear Vehicle structure has excessive corrosion which adversely affects braking or steering. I've been told that this is going to need a specialist to look at and repair. Wondering if A) anyone has an idea of how much that is likely to cost and B) of any such place in Edinburgh or the Lothians?

Edit to add the picture of the issue

Needs to be taken into a garage to be properly assessed, corrosion cannot be accurately priced from a picture, unfortunately

Thanks Mikey. That is what I was thinking. To be honest I'm now trying to find a garage that could assess it. The garage that I use can't do this type of work so suggested looking for a specialist.

I'll phone around and see who might be able to take a look.
