Immobiliser

I have bought a 2007 TDV8 which was hit at the front, mostly now rebuilt and did have it running before I changed the seat belt pretensioners and the dash top.
Now when I turn the key the immobiliser still flashes.
My thoughs are that there is something not reconnected however the speedo it working properly and I cannot think of anything in the centrem console that would cause the immobiliser not to disengage.
Looking for some inspiration.
I should add that I took the ECU key BCU and clocks from a donor vehicle as it came from the police without keys. After fitting these parts the car was running fine. Current cars

Maybe the induction look around the key barrel isn’t connected

Thanks Andy
It was connected properly but have rechecked it and it appears to be all good. I didn't need to disturb the column when changing the dash it does fit over the steering wheel. I have removed the entire dash top and the centre console, to replace the airbag module, but I cannot think of anything in there that would affect the immobiliser Current cars

I removed the BCU/Fusebox when I replaced the clocks. Before I tackled the dash I made sure the car was running fine. Actually the first time I had it running and was very pleased after all the work up to that point. I then stripped the dash and rebuilt that before doing the centre console.
I will read the codes this pm and see what if anything pops up. It is more likely something I have unplugged or disturbed. Current cars
