Lambda Sensor Part Numbers


I have a sensor that needs replacing and has a part number of JPLA-5J299-DE.

I'm wondering if a sensor with the same part number, but ending DF rather than DE, will have superceded DE, or whether it will be different/incompatible?

Advice appreciated.
