2012 SDV6 DAB module swap, DAB+ from later compatible?

Hello Guys,

So my DAB has been coming and going for a while now and similar reports suggest a quick swap of the DAB module will fix this. Before I order a replacement from ebay, does anyone know if there is a directly compatible module that supports DAB+ (the current only supports standard DAB) or any modules that only require a different cable or anything else REALLY simple
