Best tip.... Close the window and put the A/C on. Wink

Personally, i just don't "get" wind deflectors.... they are ugly & pointless. Only reason i see people using this is so they can smoke and have the window open! Now

They were fitted to mine when I got it, and were removed asap.

Noticeably quieter without them.

I’m getting a set of hekko ones. I tow a caravan at slower speeds and like the windows open and they stop you getting hit in the face by the wind speed. They also allow me to leave the car windows open on a sunny day without the car being locked and not noticeably insecure. Plus they are quite fashionable so modernise the look..

Had Helko on my previous 4x4 ( Hyundai) they never actually fitted that well so wouldn't bother again.

I fitted some to prevent the wind buffeting. I often travel with dogs and need fresh air. It also means you can have the window slightly open when it rains without the switch panel getting wet. Like others i dont think they are very attractive but for the reasons stated fitted some.

Hako ones are Censored and dont fit very well and warp over time. If you really want them that bad then buy the Climair ones. Alot more expensive but at least they fit properly and last. Personally only see the benefit for smokers (being an ex-smoker myself), dont like the look of them tbh. I keep my air con on and the auto setting on at 19 degrees. Never too hot never too cold Thumbs Up L494 3.0L SDV6 Autobiography in Chile Red (Current)

I’ve got the Hako ones on mine and have no issues except more noise. They came with steel clips which I binned as they catch the glass when you raise/lower the window. I got mine for a reason not mentioned. I wanted to leave the window down a few inches for the dog but not let any rain in. I don’t think they look ugly, in fact I think they make the car look better but it maybe that mine is a white and black car.

There are some on ours which were installed before we got it.
They are noisy at 70 but I think they look OK. All our windows are limo black too so it looks 'sinister'...
