heater fan

Hi all i have a 2012 rrs and when i switch the fan on it makes a noise not very loud but loud enough to hear it as you drive, to fix it would it mean taking the dash out ? Thanks.

it's behind the glovebox.

Empty lower glovebox
Pull hingles sidewards and it should drop down.

In the letter box at the top is the pollen filter. Check no reubbish in there.
Fan in is the cylinder below it
