NSR door unlocking with Drivers door in single entry mode?

Hi,
Central locking issue.
Just had both rear door lock actuators replaced.
Key entry is on 'single entry' mode.
One key press is unlocking the drivers door and the NS rear door with OSR and NSF remaining locked(as they should).

Any ideas why NSR is unlocking?
