United States 2011 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HSE Santorini Black
Storing RRS & Jaguar XK Convertible in early 1800’s Ba

Hello all - in the process of closing on a property with a 150 year old house and an even older English Style Barn. Th3 barn needs a bit of love but is overall in great shape and quite rare in construction for my area (Ohio, USA). It is on the threshing floor in the middle of the barn I‘ll need to park the Range Rover Sport & XK. It does have electricity so I can keep my trickle charger on them if needed, I do have a basic cover for the Jag. I need any suggestions as to what else I can do to keep rodents, snakes, cats etc from getting in from underneath and creating carnage. No way to keep the barn “air-tight,” so have to be proactive. Won’t be in the property full time until spring as we are doing renovations, so I do have a bit of time to prepare. All suggestions appreciated! 2011 Range Rover Sport GT Limited Edition/Santorini Black 5.0 Liter
2009 Jaguar XK Convertible Diamond Edition/Pearlescent White 4.2 Liter

Wow! Never saw anything like that! Aside from John Travolta being in one in a film about 40 years ago! That’s very cool.... 2011 Range Rover Sport GT Limited Edition/Santorini Black 5.0 Liter

I’ve had problems in the past with mice eating the upholstery in a classic Jag and dealt with it by putting humane mouse traps in and around the car. There are various kinds of sonic rodent repellants too but I don’t know how effective they are. We don’t have so much of a problem with snakes in the UK - maybe some of the Australian members of the forum will have some tips on that . . . . . Having said that, if you reduce the rodent problem then you are probably less likely to have snakes coming in to the cars looking for food. Keeping a hungry cat in the barn may help too! Current: 2020 P400e HSE Dynamic

I will have mouse traps galore - not worried about humane, happy to have the little bastards heads on pikes ala Eddard Stark as a warning to their mates! After we seal the house, the rat snakes eating the bats in our attic will need somewhere to go! Lol 2011 Range Rover Sport GT Limited Edition/Santorini Black 5.0 Liter
