A/C Not

My A/C has stopped working, guess it could be the matrix. Anyone give me a rough figure of what it might cost to fix? Its not worked for a year or more and I survived this summer but now I have a dog, might have to bite the bullet...

Have you tried the halfords ragas kit, cost about £70 all in may work for you?

Thanks Richard, sorry should have said, took it down to Quit Fit and its just not holding gas, so there's a hole someplace.

Condensers are common. £83.20 on eBay

Or make sure the fill valve springs are working correctly and springing back
Quite common issue and cheap repair

Better than good chance it's the condenser. Just did mine a short while ago, manage to get a Nissens condenser for around the £77 qud mark, plus the same again for a mobile guy to gas the system up. It's a pain to take the front end apart to fit it but if your willing and able you can save yourself a few quid. 2010 RRS, TDV8
bali Blue / colour coded
side steps / flappy paddles
black perforated leather
22" overfinch
heated everything, TV,fridge ...... now with gold calipers and mud flaps !( black mud flaps that is) !!
Many years ago,,,,, 1955 series 1 landie , sometimes wish I had kept it

That sounds reasonable, thanks guys. It's the dreaded belt service this year so a "little" extra not too bad.
