2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Lux Firenze Red

sdv6 turbos

Hi i have a 2012 rrs 2012 and iam wondering how long or how many miles do the turbos last , ive just done 72000 miles .

Turbos are generally not an issue on the T/SDV6. Yes, some fail, just like on any car, but it's generally not a definitive thing. Kev

Regular oil changes (yearly for low usage) are kind to turbos

111k miles on mine so far...

Best thing you can do is let them spool down for a minute after any journey. Same as any turbo really. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
