If they have a carried out a repair and that repair hasn't been successful then it's their problem. They've been paid so they should sort it.

Looks like a run of sealant along the joint to me, commonly known as a bodge job to get it out of warranty. Companies that do a job like that around here all work under one company name Bodgeit and Scarper. |

That's part of the trouble. Stop having managers for experiences and get in some experienced managers that know how to run a service bay properly. And then get them to hire/fire decent mechanics to do the jobs. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |
