Hi, the headlamp washer on my 2014 RRS is not fully retracting back into the bumper on the passenger side? Any advice?

Not sure if they are the same in RR’s butwhen I had BMW’s I had one that did exactly this. It turns out that behind the bumper there’s a little pump which is more like a cylinder with a piston inside ( think of a bike pump). When you apply water it pops up and sprays. These can get crap inside and that makes them stick. Apparently crap washer fluid doesn’t help, but I’m not sure whether to believe that. Anyhow, you can either pull the pump out and replace or you can overhaul some of them.

Ok thanks. I’ve got Mick Cookson (aka Flack) giving the car the Ince over tomorrow, plug the diagnostic in etc and he us also going to hopefully work his very extensive magic on the headlamp washer. I’m in Kirkham bud. Where are you? 2014 RRS HSE, SVR body kit fitted.
