Databus issues

Hello, All.

Having had a 'Transmission Fault' come up last week, I had the fault codes read this morning. This particular one was 'U0416: Invalid Data Received from Vehicle Dynamics Control Module' but amongst many others were (all 'intermittent'):

- U0102-87: Lost communications with transfer box
- U0132-87: Lost communication with ride level control module
- U0159-87: Lost communication with parking assist control module
- C1A02-94: Rotary encoder stuck in intermediate position(?)

and the classic one about the brake switch circuit.

Sorry. I forgot to note which box logged each fault. Embarassed

I'm going to drive around for a while and see if anything comes back but there seems to be a theme of lost communications. Are all these connections between modules on one CAN bus or is there another control module brokering things? If it is down to a connector getting wet, such an intermittent fault is going to be a blighter to trouble-shoot.

Thanks,

Hugh
