fuel trims with subfeedback

right so these are my fuel trims from the SDD tool. Finally i can get a clear picture as to whats going on

Anyone know why its so high? It only seems to get better at the higher loads/rev ranges. feels like its some injector issue?

England 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

Vacuum leaks impact trims big time at idle.
Where at full throttle they make little difference.

ive smoke tested the Censored out of this car with no luck. also this is the image with the legends. its lean above idle as well
