Drove up a mountain yesterday

Had a blast going off-road yesterday with the club

It's always amusing to see people's reaction to an RRS going well off road. Even now, they still have a reputation for being a footballer's car. The only thing that holds them back is the tyre choices available. If they had realistic wheel sizes and thus tyre sizes, we could fit much better off-road-capable tyres. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

^ TBF, I've only got 255/55R20 road tyres, so I didn't attempt the tricky sections further up the mountain.

But since the ND release, you can now get good AT tyres in 255/60R20, so I would fit those if I were to go for a more off-road bias. --

What's "the ND release"? 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
