How did the weak and feeble man get his strap and rope out from under said log? Laughing

Nice use of the tools to hand, Hugh. If you've gone to effort of fitting a winch it makes sense to use it now and then. Thumbs Up

Oh, and the video could be alternatively titled "Devil makes work for idle hands that have toys to play with". Rolling with laughter 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Or, as my wife suggested, cut up the log with a chainsaw and put the pieces in the trailer. She doesn't get the 'man toy' thing.

If women understood the man toy thing, they'd just be called "toys"... Laughing 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Excellent! Just seen this Very Happy

Same concept, I used mine to drag my tracked dumper into a trailer when the starter motor died and there is no free-wheel option, so its just dragging. Biggest issue I had was stopping the trailer moving so had a large bit of wood against the trailer wheels with 2 more bits braced against the front tyres of the RRS.
