So I’m preparing for our first trip in our wobbly box being pulled by the RRS, she’s got towing electrics fitted just got to fit the caravan socket.

So I started cleaning off some of the rust around the rear crossmember were the sockets fit and the tow hook receiver and I thought should I put any lubrication in the tow hook receiver? I’ve kept the hook dry as it’s stored in the boot. Steve

I normally put some copper grease in the socket  TDV8 now with extra grin factor thanks to Alive Tunning: Gone but not forgotten
