England 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Zermatt Silver
275/40/20 V 255/55/20 ??

My 2007 RRS TDV8 is presently running on 275/40/20 but I want to replace 20" wheels and tyres. Lots of sets on Fleabay shod with 255/55/20, will they work ok on my car ? Understand they be narrower and taller, but the items I'm looking at are much more plentiful than 275's ...

255/55/20 fit fine on the L320.

I have them on mine...

Thanks Kev,

Got them on mine as well, no issues at all. Just better over the potholes and no chance of curbing the alloys. MY12 RRS HSE

A word of caution - just make sure they fit over your Brembos Robin

Rolling with laughter Its really got to you mate! You need to see a doctor...

OPs on 20s and talking tyres not rims - fine for Brembos

Rolling with laughter You’re right Puff. I was well bitten and see issues with anything to do with wheels and tyres. Guess I’ll go back to my padded cell. I’m not allowed out very often😳 Robin

Robin's cautionary warnings may need to be observed Laughing changing wheels & tyres Question

Stick with your own wheels and just get new tyres, 255/55 is about +30mm on your radius/height
