Ok I'm questioning myself now...

Should I be fitting the TC into the gearbox first ? Then fitting the gearbox and TC as one unit ?

Or...

Should I fit the TC to the flywheel first then fit the gearbox ?

Also, I have fitted the top centre exhaust bracket to the gearbox first but it seems to be catching the soundproofing on the ceiling of the gearbox tunnel, is this ok to keep going with the fitting of the gearbox, should it squeeze past this ?

I think it's normal to fit the TC to the gearbox first.

Regarding the bracket, I don't know. If it's causing a problem, best to remove it.

Gearbox fitted but still getting the F limited gears.

I haven't taken it out on a run yet, but believe I now need to flash the new gearbox ecu, is that correct?

I've also emailed GAP Team to ask their advice.

My question is, will this limited gears error be deleted once the gearbox is flashed ?

Or does it not look good for the gearbox I've just fitted Big Cry ?
