rrs 2.7 tdv6 misfire 2007

hi everyone, my 2.7 tdv6 has a misfire in cylinder 4. pressure tested cylinder 4 and is leaking. vehicle is lumpy idle and smoking at cold start. can anyone help me repair? if so please pm me Thumbs Up
