United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Lux Bonatti Grey
My Music is Empty

I recently purchased a 2012 RRS, I have a 2 year old Razer Android Smartphone and although the phone connected to the Car's Bluetooth ok the My Music part is empty when I select the name of my paired phone. I can access the phone's numbers etc.

The phone is listed on the home screen and I have deleted the previously connected phones etc.

I have paid for and ripped MP3s, do they need to be a specific format ?

Any ideas ?

There are no Bluetooth tunes on that car. You can buy a Bovee attachment for maybe £100 that plugs into the iPod cable to provide this capability, and it's very reliable. Else, physical connection only. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
RRS TDV6 HSE Lux (MY2011)... Nara Bronze / Arabica - now gone!

New Zealand 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Santorini Black

Admittedly it's a old Samsung Galaxy phone, but my car certainly connects to the phone and plays music from the phone via bluetooth, but maybe because it has the later 2012/13 updated infotainment interface. Unfortunately if the car is a MY12/13 and has the later USB iPod connector you cannot connect the Bovee as the lead will not fit. Ask me how I know. Laughing

Cheers
