"Front brake reaction arm bushes starting to perish&quo

My car had it's 5 year/80k service today - when I got home I looked at the health check report and it had the following listed:

"Front brake reaction arm bushes starting to perish"

Firstly, what does this mean?
Secondly, would this be covered at this stage by the extended warranty? It runs out at the end of this month.

I'd have asked at the time but they didn't mention it...

It also had "Engine oil misting around bell housing area" - they did actually mention this and said not to worry about it, but if anyone has any comments on it then please do!

You'll need to ask them which bush it is. As for the warranty, you'll need to ask them specifically to make sure. They'll likely to say "wear and tear, go away" but you can only ask.

There are breather pipes for the gearbox and transfer box that terminate in the bell housing area. Perhaps it's just from those? 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
