Suspension drop and and dry start

My RRS has been stood for over two months now after a breakdown and then unable to get her repaired due to the lockdown. I’m hoping to get her running again next week when I get my ECU back, so a couple of questions.
1 - After this long spell of inactivity should I expect any suspension drop? the rear is virtually normal but the front has dropped to about the entry level, is this normal ?

2 - Usually with my petrol cars when I start them after a long spell I would cut the fuel or ignition and spin them over till the oil light goes out then fire them up, is there any way to do similar with a diesel or other format I should use to start her up safely?

1 normal for cars of this age.

2 I wouldn’t bother. You will struggle to get pressure up cranking and just do more damage in the process
