Temperamental deployable side step

Hi all,

Drivers side deployable suddenly can't make up its mind whether it wants to be in or out!!! I have actually managed to disable them for now but just wondered if anyone has encountered similar problems and how to remedy it?

Many thanks

Happens to me every now and then, I just toggle them on and off a few times and it seems to do the trick. Ferrari F430 Spider F1

Mine have been problematic since I got the car brand new, I have had them checked/adjusted/updated under warranty 3 times now, always seem to be more reliable after these dealer visits for a month or so, after that they usually start playing up again, one thing for certain I’ll never pay for them again!

Mine seem to work fine on my MY2016.

That is untill i parked last week..n they seem to have stayed deployed. Have not got into car since then so left them deployed.

Normally if they dont fold in. I unlock n lock again and they fold back just fine.
