Something a bit different?

Because of the current terrible circumstances we are in with COVID-19 I think we will all be finding ourselves with a bit of extra free time on our hands.

What I’m wondering is anybody doing something a little bit different to there range rovers other than just there standard wash routine?
I’ve just bought some Meguiars window cleaner and sealant to try this weekend. 2016 Yulong White L494 AB/DYN 3.0SDV6

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Cairns Blue

Nothing new for us. Last week I cleaned my Wife’s SLK ready for the summer. This includes a full clean inside and outside it gets a HD wax and polish, all the trims get treated and the glass cleaned, lastly the tyres get dressed. I only use Autoglym having tried others years ago and came back a couple of years ago. I’m hoping to do mine next week after the sunny weekend and fit it in between the diy and gardening going at the mo.

We’ve just built a pergola over our decking which was this years project. We’re just waiting on the terracotta roofing being delivered which we’re assured is still on.

I sanded the decking and subsequently oiled it yesterday and my arse cheeks are killing me from being on my hands and knees for 2 days Mr. Green

We’re lucky in that we had the materials before the shut down. Lot’s of people thinking they’d do diy but they can’t get the materials. 2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue.

And as my wife who works in ED (A&E) say's, lots of people more used to sitting on their butts in an office now up ladders and the like doing DIY which unnecessarily adds to their risk and workload. Not getting at anyone in particular, but just something for folks to think about Thumbs Up

I was using a chainsaw disc on my grinder just grinding away some small tree stumps when the inevetable jump happened. It dawned on my where I'd be going if the saw went in my body so away it went and I'll tackle it a different way later. 13MY Range Rover Sport Autobiography SDV6 - mine

Was planning to take my F type off Sorn on 1st April, but no point. Been on Ctek since Oct & only did about 200 miles last year. Looks like no miles this year. Not even worth starting it up as that's when most wear occurs & introducing condensation in the exhaust. Can't even clean it as its under a cover and was cleaned within an inch of its life before being put away & has full Gtechniq ceramic coating, with interior, glass & wheels also Gtechniqed (is that word). Extra 10psi in the tyres, full tank of fuel with added fuel stabilizer.
Already rebuilt a fence & put in extra security lights. So much light now, you could probably see my place from the moon. Amazing how you get carried away with time on your hands. Dog's been washed, she usually gets groomed every month, but the groomers shut. Just had a thought while writing this, may as well power was the monoblock drive. Its sealed so there are no weeds to remove.
Loads more people with real problems so better stop moaning Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Take care everyone

Has any body used maguires window sealant before? It has good reviews.
I always use autoglym products. Just bought the resin polish and extra gloss protection to give a try. Already use the shampoo conditioner. So I’ll crack on with that whilst the wife paints the fence Very Happy 2016 Yulong White L494 AB/DYN 3.0SDV6
