Hi Just upgraded my phone to a Galaxy A10, when I try to register the tool with my phone I get this



If I click yes the screen just greys out any clues as to what may be causing this If it ain't broken down it soon will

Have you tried the sync/update process for the new phone? In the IID manual (available to download on the GAP website if you don't have one already) there's a section on synchronising the mobile app (2.6 on page 43). You'll need to use a pc or mac for this. They mention that you should do this for each new mobile device using the tool for the first time. 2010 TDV8 - current - my first RRS, loving it so far......
