Magneti Marelli EGR valves anyone ?

Hi,

I'm about to burn money by buying an used RRS TDV8 (~113k miles) ....

Because of all the horror stories about failing EGR valves and difficulties (at least doubts) about deleting/mapping them out, I'm thinking about proactively replacing them.

You can get them by "MAGNETI MARELLI" for about 116€ each - that's of course way cheaper than OEM or Valeo. But I'm not sure about the quality ?

Perhaps somebody has experience with this manufacturer.
