Im looking at either an SDD setup or IDD for general diagnostics of my 2012 RRS SDV6, and wonder what people have used and prefer - I can get the IID for approx £400 or SDD via eBay and third party cables between 50-150? Adapters from £50-500 look to work as well. Any thoughts welcome before I spend my cash - also have to upgrade my satnav but assume thats going to be dealer upgrade as cannot find usb maps and vin access codes via third party

I bought a cable and a copy of SDD because that seemed like the most cost effective option at the time. I couldn't get it working so I binned it and bought an IID tool in the end which I've found invaluable. Kev
