Altenator charging voltage

Hello All,

Using the IIDTool today to reset the battery after replacement...
I noticed that charging voltage is @ 13.8V at tick over and rises linearly to 14.8V as the revs increase to 1800rpm

anyone notice similar behavior? i would expect closer to 14.5V at tick-over which i would see on other more simple machines.

FYI, battery is 98% charged. 2007 TDV6 RRS HSE..now gone
