Sat Nav problem

Hi
I have a recently purchased RRS where the SAT NAV seems to be stuck reading somewhere in Wales although it is now located in the South east, i have tried disconnecting the battery to reset the system, removed the disc and replaced it, however it still wont reset to the correct location, i checked the disc which says it covers Europe but looking at the list on the disc it includes the UK

Any ideas what the problem and possible fix is
