Brake pad wear sensor

Hi all - quick hop over from my usual haunt on the D3 website....

Quick question re L494 front brakes - I'm changing the pads with genuine LR parts, but what's the view on the wear sensor - is going for non-LR OK?

Anyone fitted non-LR and had a good/bad experience?

Many thanks

Chris

I’ve fitted plenty with sensor from local motor factors with no problems. Andy.

Agreed. A sensor from the local motor factor will be fine. I have used loads, both front and rear..
