What underbody armour are people using.

As the question states really, I'm running a 2012(62) plate vehicle and wondering if any of the D3/4 kit will fit or not. Also I have an Uncle Ray or RLD hidden winch mount that I bought for my D3 but never fitted, would this fit if I decide to go ahead.
Soory for all the questions, thanks Andy.

No reason why the hidden winch mount wont fit as its the same as a D4 behind the bumper Wink

Guards are a little harder to track down but they do exist for a facelift car. The last one i had sold to another member on here and was made by a company called Mantec for the LR Experience cars. I currently dont know of any company making a guard for a facelift car. Mine was a Mantec guard that I modified to fit my external winch tray Thumbs Up 2003 BMW M5 - 5 Litres of V8 Optimax Slurping Goodness in Carbon Black

I have that guard on my facelift. Thumbs Up 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Thanks for the replies guys, I also have an external winch tray sat under the bench Buckster but my current insurance company wanted to charge an extra £500 if I fitted it (Adrian Flux), guess who is not going back with them ever. What a shame nobody would take Mantec over at their of need.

I've been trying to find a sump guard for my facelift 2012 RRS as well before I go to Morocco.

Really not having a lot of luck.
There was a company in France that said they could make them, but were going to charge a fortune!
Wonder if we could twist Uncle Ray's arm to make a small batch?
Must be a few other that would be interested to make it worth Uncle Ray's time and trouble? RRS 2012 HSE Lux Alive stage 1 remap. timed heater, General Grabbers.

I'm with NFU and they didn't seem to mind - just asked for a photo of the setup. Mind you, I'm less impressed that they have hiked my premium by 25% for 3pts on an otherwise clean licence...
