Hi all

I have an issue where the non standard apps cannot be opened as I cannot perform the initial setup. The car screens show this (padlock on some apps);



Trying to press them does nothing.

So I tried to set them up on my phone when disconnected from the car and I get this message;



Vicious circle!!

Any ideas?
