2010 Facelift Rotors

Good day I’m almost at the point of committing to purchasing a used 2010/11 RRS HSE diesel. One known issue is that the rotors need changing as the van has been parked for some time. Therefore during the test drive there was some shim and vibration only when braking.

I’m trying to find the OEM part number for replacement rotors as well as recommendations on OEM quality replacements. I’ve considered Bosch as the replacement leader thus far.

I assume you are talking about the front.

Discs (Rotors): SDB000624
Pads: LR051626

Concerning manufacturers, you will likely get many different opinions and it opens up a whole can of worms. Personally, I have Brembo on mine. Kev

Thanks for the info. Just to confirm these are for stock brakes yes? Not for the Brembos.

considder replacing the caliper as this can cause the brakes to bind partially on and warp the disc..

I had pagid discs and pads from Eurocarparts which were squeaky and replaced under warranty for brembo via euro's

Now the brembo are sometimes squeaky but the main issue is the steering wheel judder under light braking at over 60mph

Any ideas? RRS TDV6 2010 Smile

cheaper fro JLR genuins
£355 for front pads discs and sensors fitted at a JLR dealer. Generally as a rule don't buy anything from ECP unless you can afford to take it back. notable exceptions to that being batteries and alternators 2012 SDV6 HSE (technically its hers)
