how to retrieve a c/card from under centre console?

On my 2020 sport I placed a credit card on the sliding cover on the central console, braked & the card slid forward & disappeared into the narrow credit card size slot. Question, how can I access the area where it's disappeared to to recover it? It all seems pretty solid around that area. If it's too difficult to access I'll just order a replacement card. current 2015 hse dynamic, grey.

Join the gang. I did that a few months ago & put out a warning about it. More bother than its worth stripping down half the car. Cancel it & request a new one. Only took a couple of days

I have also falllen victim to the RRS credit card intake slot. My concern is the credit card will work itself into an area and start making a noise. Hasn’t happened yet but you never know.

Same thing happened to me a couple of years ago. I put some double sided sticky tape on a plastic ruler and put it through the gap. It took a while but I eventually recovered the credit card . . . . Current: 2020 P400e HSE Dynamic
