United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black
TDV 3.6 dipstick issue

Hi new to rrsport ownership bought 2007 TDV 3.6 with 99000 miles due to driving experience
Want to check oil but the dipstick comes out halfway and no more despite twisting pulling with some force . I have not seen any similar posts so would welcome so advice or is a case of changing the dipstick and sheath?

I think I might be inclined to remove whole dipstick tube and stick first if possible to see if can see the issue, look's simple enough, last famous word's though. Very Happy
