Parking sensor change - is there a how to?

I’ve had it for over a week now and the IID tool says it’s the front left inner has failed. Do you think I’d be able to get at it if I remove the grill. I’ve looked for a how to but couldn’t find one. The most successful post was somebody taking out the headlight and leaving half of his arm behind the bumper Shocked

no you can't.

there are 4 bolts along the bottom of the bumper.
they often rust and snap, so start working these ones in your spare time.
If you get these freed up you can consider removing the bumper sometime

Wow - didn't know IID tool told you which sensor wasn't working! I just removed the fuse as the bloody thing annoys me! Besides, winch and towbar make good sensors Wink

Steve was persuaded to buy an IID after chatting to me. He still blames me but is probably glad he did now Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Visitor from fullfatrr.com

Correct and I don’t regret it one bit. I even read/clear the codes of the local Land Rover militia that live around these parts.
