Parking Sensor Fault.

Hi. Advice please. I recently fitted a tow bar to my 2007 RR Sport and now the Parking Sensors don't work. They worked previously. I just get the light flashing on the dashboard. I threaded wires behind the bumper for the electrics but the bumper was not removed.

There is a plug for the parking sensors in the bumper below the light.

When light out it can be seen
