Bonnet open warning along with low coolant and water in fuel

All of the above warnings came on this morning and then went off again,
Have came back on again , anything to do with all the rain recently as car has not been used since saturday .
Any help gladly appreciated Thumbs Up
Also wont lock now and alarm is going off .
Have tried the spare key and still the same Big Cry

Weird electronics goings-on are often down to either battery voltage (worth checking it, even though the battery is quite new) or water ingress into an ECU connector somewhere. Any signs of water ingress in the footwells or elsewhere? MY2016 HSE D SDV6 - gone due to fuel dilution problems.

carpets all dry , also does not want lock off the remote but after around 15 mins you can lock the car .
Could the remote battery be a possible issue ?

Topped the coolant up and changed the bonnet switch and guess what the warning lights are still on Big Cry
Does it need the fault codes cleared ?

I have just started with this issue and after I went through a Ford so the water ingress is a real eye opener for me. but it is very intermittent
