DRL on Bumber

I have a question about installing a DRL on my RRS. I want to mount and wire this ( Osram LEDriving PX-5 ) on my HSE bumper.

Excuse me, my English is not good. It's about the question, how should I best attach the DRL to my bumper?

Personal choice my friend. The kit includes brackets with a number of options, so you can do what you think is best. It does look like it needs to be screwed on though.
