RRS TDV8 air suspension change transforms car

Decided last week to replace all 4 air shocks on our 2007 TDV8 Sport...

Did loads of searching for sources and manufacturers of replacement parts decided to go with the site sponsor Advanced Factors (AF) used the 10% discount code and went for the BMI parts - many thanks AF.

So parts arrived quickly with no issues, 4 big boxes...took a look and you can clearly see the land rover logo outline that BMI have made an attempt to grind off.

Anyway, I managed to pick one of the hottest days recently to do the work, but the results are well worth it, the Sport has 150k miles and this one job has transformed its handling, steering.

If your Sport or Disco is feeling a little way ward in the handling department I'd recommend this.

Good choice. I did the same on my 2010 and likewise, the ride was transformed. Given the weight of these vehicles, the struts take a fair bit of punishment over the years. Kev

That's good to know. My 2006 2.7 has done 136,000 miles, and I'm about to do the same, and put the BWI ones on (from the site sponsor).

It's funny, but once you start becoming aware that the suspension isn't quite right, you actually notice how poor it has become Very Happy
