On the way to the daughters wedding as she wanted me to take her from church to reception in my sport down at Appalby Magna & while on the M1 mil light comes on & goes into limp mode,(Exhaust filter full),so I called LRA & they told me they will have someone out straight away.So I managed to get to the hotel where everyone was meeting & within 10 minutes the technician arrived coupled the diagnostic machine up & had me back on the road in 15 minutes,apparently the throttle body valve had stuck closed so he freed it off then took car for a run to do a regen.Ive got the car booked in for a service next fri so they are going to fit a new throttle body hopefully under warranty.The tech told me he was going to another job but because of the circumstances of me doing a wedding they gave me priority,so if anyone in the area was waiting for LRA I do apologise if you had to wait longer. Andy.
