Suspension Fault

Hi

A few weeks ago I posted about a suspension fault - suspension will lift when system is cooled.

It's been intermittent the last few weeks although I've hardly driven the car at all. When I have its only been 15 miles or less.

I took the advice I was given and put the car into off-road mode, then disconnected the battery. It's stood for over 48 hours and hasn't dropped a millimetre.

So, I'm assuming/hoping there is no leak in the bags.

My thoughts are to try and overhaul the compressor, hoping that maybe its a sticky exhaust vavle, or worn seal.
It doesn't seem a massive or expensive job.

Any advice? Should I get the codes read before bothering? Or is a compressor overhaul a logical step? (unless I cock it up it can't hurt)

Helpful advice much appreciated.

cheers!
