How to view MPG on trip computer

I've recently bought a 2011 Range Rover Sport HSE TD 3.0L V6, I was wondering how to use the trip computer, I don't have the owner's handbook with the vehicle, I wanted to find out how I can view the average MPG of a journey, I've figured out how to get to the Trip A, Trip B and Auto section, but there seems like nothing more than this?

Just keep pressing the button on the end of the stalk and it will be displayed at the bottom of the display. Can't remember how many times you press it though, but wouldn't take a lot of notice of it though it lies more than a politician.

Cheers

Awesome! I guess to reset the trip computer and MPG I'd hold the button at the end of the stalk?

If you register with Topix you should be able to download the Owners Manual in part if not all and it's free.

It cycles through the display options as you press the end and if you cycle it to, say, trip a and release, then press and hold, it will reset, including mpg and range and distance to empty.

Col is right. Mpg figures are random. I get between 22 and 25 tho some here claim much higher but hey ho, they are probably politicians too.... The one thing I have found is distance to empty is quite accurate, was running at 2 miles left the other day. Also via sat nav which is often castigated (but people forget the system is several years old now) eta at destination is pretty accurate for me.
