2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 Autobiography Orkney Grey

Remote doesn't work

Having just obtained my RRS L320 2012, the "Spare" Remote doesn't work !! I have changed the Battery in it but to no avail.
Any tricks at all ???...........................TT
